LARIX Hat Liner
During the embroidery process, a scratchy thread backing is used inside of the hat to secure the thread. This can leave the hat a bit uncomfortable for some people. We’ve solved this problem by including LARIX hat liners with every LARIX hat.

Not only are we committed to beautiful custom artwork, clean stitching, crisp hats, and a comfortable ride, but we also painstakingly remove every visor sticker and, more importantly, the glue left behind. Have you ever removed that sticker and experienced a permanent nasty dirt ring after wearing your new hat for a few days? After removing the visor sticker as well as the glue, we brush each hat and use forced air to remove any thread or contaminants that have hitched a ride during the manufacturing process.

After a thorough cleaning, we wrap your Larix hat in tissue paper before placing it in our custom box to keep it clean and safe during its long journey to you.
