At Larix Gear we are serious about embroidery. Every Larix hat is embroidered right here at our shop in Columbia Falls, Montana by us. Not only are we committed to beautiful artwork, clean stitching, and crisp hats, but we also painstakingly remove every visor sticker and, more importantly, the glue left behind. Have you ever removed that sticker and experienced a permanent nasty dirt ring after wearing your new hat for a few days? After removing the visor sticker as well as the glue, we brush each hat and use forced air to remove any thread or contaminants that have hitched a ride during the manufacturing process. Then we wrap your Larix hat in tissue paper before placing it in our custom box to keep it clean and safe during its long journey to you.
