Few industries have been hit as hard by nuclear verdicts as trucking. Learn how to pump the brakes on these outsized verdicts as Jennifer Akre of law firm Tyson & Mendes delivers a keynote at Heavy Duty Trucking Exchange September 5.
Attendees at HDTX, September 4-6 in Scottsdale, Arizona, will come away from this lunch keynote address with a clearer understanding of what is driving nuclear verdicts and how fleets and their counsel can pivot their approach throughout litigation and trial, using the four Nuclear Verdicts Defense Methods pioneered by Tyson & Mendes.
Akre will deliver expert insight into the trend toward more and higher nuclear verdicts and will arm attendees with practical tools to mitigate risk – and win.
