Best Fleets to Drive For has opened registration for its annual Education & Awards Conference, taking place March 3-4, 2025, at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event will recognize winning fleets from the 2025 program and offer insights into workplace practices that have proven successful.
The program, now in its 17th year, is open to all for-hire fleets operating 10 tractor-trailers or more in the U.S. or Canada. It identifies top for-hire carriers providing exceptional experiences for drivers. It evaluates fleets nominated by drivers and owner-operators across HR, operations, professional development, and work-life balance.
Winners in the Top 20, Hall of Fame, and Fleets to Watch categories will be announced Jan. 30, 2025. The Education & Awards Conference will publicly recognize those winning fleets and unveil two overall winners in the large and small fleet categories, as well as an overall winner in the Hall of Fame category.
“The Best Fleets evaluation process produces a wealth of insight and information each year,” said Jane Jazrawy, chief executive officer of CarriersEdge, in a news release. “Conference attendees will have the opportunity to get a detailed look at what makes the winning fleets successful and what they can do to adopt those ideas.”
