Allegiance Trucks has appointed Mike Bozzoli, an industry veteran with more than 35 years of industry experience, as its new chief executive officer (CEO).
Most recently, he served as senior vice-president at Murphy Hoffman Company (MHC) during the company’s expansion. Having worked for MHC for over 13 years, Bozzoli managed fixed operations across 80 distribution points in 19 states, overseeing more than $1 billion in retail parts and service sales, according to a news release. Prior to MHC, he worked at Exide Technologies for over ten years, eight of those as a senior regional sales director for central U.S.
In his new role as CEO of Allegiance Trucks, Bozzoli will focus on aligning the company’s internal structures and resources to optimize performance and service quality. His background in managing large-scale operations will be critical as Allegiance continues to expand its footprint and build upon its inventory management capabilities, the company said in a release.
Bozzoli’s focus on the customer experience will also be central to his strategy, as he works to implement customer-centric initiatives that aim to reintroduce Allegiance’s offerings in new ways.
